Integration with Salesforce
The integration with Saleforce makes it possible to see who is calling even before you answer. The integration is both in our Microsoft Teams app and our own softphone – Infinity Communicator.
With a simple, prepared API integration, you can quickly activate the integration and set it up the way you want it. It’s as easy as it gets!
When you receive or make calls from/to a number that is a contact in Salesforce, you see it directly in the Communicator. You can choose to either click the Salesforce button to bring up the contact in Salesforce or you can also choose to have Salesforce bring up information automatically on every call, tailor it as required.
We have a specially adapted Microsoft Teams app that contains everything to more easily manage your telephony, connect calls, monitor queues and see a timeline of their calls. This app also contains all our integrations so that you can easily set to automatically open Salesforce on incoming calls, either when you answer or even before you answer.
