Integration with SAP C4C
The integration with SAP C4C makes it possible for you to know who called in SAP C4C before you answer calls. The integration is available both in a specially adapted Microsoft Teams app and our own Infinity softphone – Communicator.
We have a special customized Microsoft Teams app that can be installed in Microsoft Teams, which contains everything to be able to easily manage your telephony, connect calls, monitor queues and see a timeline for your calls. This app also contains all our integrations. You can easily set up SAP C4C information directly on incoming calls in Microsoft Teams with Infracom’s Communications CallApp
In SAP C4C, you get a pop-up in the application that looks up the contact by number and gives you information without you having to search for it yourself.
